ADMISSION NOTICE FOR LKG (2025-26)

Admissions OPEN for LKG for the Academic Year 2025-26

Online Registration will remain open only from 30th January to 15th February 2025.

1. Only children aged between 4 to 5 years on 31^st March, 2025 will be considered for admission for LKG (born between 01/04/2020 - 31^st March, 2021).
2. The Registration Form is to be filled by the parents as per details in Birth certificate.
3. Read the particulars before filling and submitting the online registration form.
4. Parents can pay the registration fee in offline mode or by paying the fee in the school office while submitting the hard copy. (Submit in school office/online. If submitted online, receipt should be attached along with the registration form.)
5. Print a copy of the online registration form & Acknowledgement slip and submit the hard copy with the documents mentioned below to the school office from 17^th to 21^th February 2025 (Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.).(20th Feb - CBSE exam) - (CBSE exam days no entry for parents):
   • Hard copy of the registration form.
   • A Photostat of birth certificate of the child (from Municipality or Gram Panchayat only).
   • A Photostat of Caste Certificate of the father, if any.
   • A Photostat of Aadhar card of the student.
   • A Photostat of Aadhar card of the parent (both father & mother).
   • A recent passport-size colour photograph of the candidate.
   • A recent post card-size colour family photograph (father, mother, & the candidate).
   • A Photostat of Baptism Certificate (if the candidate is a Christian).
   • Rs 300/- as registration fee. (Submit in school office/online. If submitted online, receipt should be attached along with the registration form.)
6. If the candidate has his or her own brother/sister studying in GMVV, submit a copy of his/her latest Annual Progress Report card.
7. If the candidate has his/her own brother/sister completed Class 10 from GMVV, submit a copy of his/her Class 10 passing certificate.
8. If the parents (both/either) of the candidate are an Alumni of GMVV, submit a copy of his/her Class 10 Passing Certificate.
9. Forms incomplete & illegible will be rejected on scrutiny. Admission will be cancelled if forms submitted contain wrong information/false documents even if the candidate is admitted.
10. Bring original Birth Certificate on the allotted date for Verification and finalization of admission. No change of date of birth of the child will be accepted at a later stage. Conditions apply.
11. 50% seats are proposed to be reserved for girl children. There are only five sections & therefore, it is not possible to admit all the candidates seeking admission.
12. NO RECOMMENDATION LETTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FOR ADMISSION CONTACT ONLY THE SCHOOL OFFICE & NO ONE ELSE.
13. Being private, unaided and Minority School, the Head of the Institution reserves the full right to accept or reject an admission without citing the reason for his action.
